Emmons Explorers - 3rd grade adventures
Working with others, being voracious readers and being reflective learners and thinkers will be the framework of our learning as we study and access content in authentic and applicable ways.
I also incorporate my passion of traveling and National Parks into the third grade content areas. We do a huge unit, incorporating several content areas, on the Iditarod Race in Alaska. So much history and grade level content can be experienced through our National Parks and the Iditarod!
